i am so pissed of the staff in mcD and an aunty!!!

first , there are 3 counter. i line up at the middle counter. then when my turn , the staff close counter. then she chit chat wif others staff and like slack yi xia while helping abit at the next counter. ok. suan. i go to the third counter coz first counter more people mah. then , the family in front of me use damn long time to order loh. the first counter ppl just left one people. so i go there. then come this aunty. she doesnt know how to queue up and cut my line!! ok. suan. i be a good people. then my turn. that stupid staff , like blind. he is like day dreaming awhile then only see until me. ok. suan. then i order everything and he took my orders put on the tray liao except the burger. i wait for him and.. a staff split water. he stand at there tease his staff with MY BURGER on his hand. why cant he give me the burger first? argh! his manager wink at him , then he only give me the burger!
