My stomach killed me when I was having my beauty sleep. $(!%!+)@$!_%(!+$_!

I wonder why I easily get stomach pain , gastrick , indigestion... My stomach upset.

I want a better and healthy stomach. In a week , I will have this kind of situation at least a time.

I'm sick of it , I'm sick of myself.
